Job Description:

Our high profile manufacturing client with operations across the globe is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager at their corporate office. They are looking for an experienced Payroll professional who can oversee the demands of a complex corporate payroll.


Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager is as follows:


  • Effectively oversee the day-to-day payroll demands of a complex Corporate office environment, coordinating payrolls in Canada, US, and Europe

  • Ensure all Corporate employees are paid timely and accurately on a biweekly basis for approximately 170 corporate employees

  • Maintain ADP payroll databases for Canada, US and the Europe on a timely basis, including new employee set up and updating all employee changes

  • Work with HR to ensure all new hires and terminations are processed on time and correctly
  • TMGNY

    Job Requirements:

  • PCP or CPM designation preferred

  • Minimum 5+ years of full cycle payroll processing experience at a leadership level 5+ years of which is in payroll management

  • Demonstrated knowledge of current payroll tax laws across Canada /US/UK

  • Experience with Canada/US payroll audits
