Who is OSI Group?. OSI Group is expanding its team in BC we’re looking for an experienced Practice Advisor to join our dynamic team member in the Vancouver region. With a national network of 900 optometry clinics, OSI Group has been championing independent optometry for more than 40 years.

We provide various services to optometry clinics such as group discounts, centralized billing, clinic management software e-commerce solution, business coaching, continuing education and peer-to-peer events. Position Summary: The practice advisors provide support and business coaching to optometry clinic owner and eyecare professionals to help them reach their goals.

The role is to promote the benefits of being an independent practice owner and part of the OSI community. The practice advisor report to the National Business Development Director OSI Group is looking for a candidate who can: Engage confidently with eyecare professionals to coach and support them in successfully developing and implementing business plans; Provide in-clinic and online training using the OSI training material; Recruit new members and promote OSI services to existing members; Maintain a high satisfaction level of OSI members and encourage member loyalty; Participate to the various events and activities with members; Required skills: Opticianry education and experience in managing an eyecare practice Ability to establish trusted relationship with customers; Proven skills in territory management and business development; Good business sense and professionalism; Effective time management and organization skills; Can-do, solution-oriented attitude; Has a car and a valid driver’s licence. Desired skills: Training and coaching experience; Good knowledge of Microsoft tools( Word, Excel, PPT, Teams) Why choose OSI Group?.
