Location: Mississauga - Milton – Guelph, ON area

Hybrid 3 days a week on site

Salary 130K -150k; bonus , benefits

Our client is one of the largest global manufacturers of electromechanical equipment and has a job open for Pricing Manager for their made-to-stock product categories. This is a hands-on role with no direct reports and is a newly created position to work closely with Sales, Engineering & Marketing to create Pricing Matrix and lead the organisation to AI generated pricing models.


All candidates must be current in data analytics using Pricing software (PROS preferred) and yet also be in a strategic capacity to create the long-term pricing models, AI tools and Pricing Matrix for this North American manufacturer.


Pricing Manager will be responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic pricing initiatives. You will lead the implementation of comprehensive pricing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and advanced analytics to optimize pricing across markets and product segments. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and IT, you will champion value-based pricing methodologies, manage national account price adjustments, and support the development of AI-driven pricing models. Your role will also involve performance monitoring, risk management, and change leadership to ensure successful adoption of pricing strategies across the organization. This is a change agent role to get the buy-in from senior leaders in Sales & Engineering.


Pricing Manager will have a minimum of 8-9 years of pricing experience from complex manufacturing ( MUST ) Experience with products using Steel, Sheet metal, cross border shipments; experience with global supply chain and similar is a MUST. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, and courses in pricing are a strong asset. Deep understanding of pricing theory and proven success in implementing pricing strategies in complex manufacturing environments is a MUST . Proficiency in pricing software and tools—especially PROS Price Management, Infor CPQ, and Microsoft D365—is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential. Experience in B2B manufacturing environments is a MUST – no exceptions.
