The Retail team is looking for a Sr Pricing Program Manager to lead pricing strategy and operations for Brazil. The Sr Pricing Program Manager will be responsible for defining, building and delivering pricing strategies for all retail categories in BR, making sure that we earn long term customer trust by offering the best prices to customers, across millions of products. The Sr Pricing PM will also be in charge of all pricing operations for the country, running scalable solutions, reporting metrics to business teams and BR leadership.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:


  1. Work with business teams to ensure that our pricing strategy is aligned with their goals.
  2. Evaluate the retail landscape, adjust our pricing strategy and generate insights for business teams, guiding categories to offer competitive prices.
  3. Work with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments, and Finance.
  4. Audit pricing initiatives to ensure we remain competitive.
  5. Develop and report on key pricing efforts and metrics.
  6. Drive and launch initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams.
  7. Understand BR specific requirements and educate WW teams on those.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Relevant years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience;
– Experience with program or project management;
– Managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience;
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization;

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality;
