<p><b>Principal Software Development Engineer – Developer Enablement </b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote (Must support PST time zone)</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Partner with application teams to <b>standardize and accelerate service deployment</b> processes across internal platforms.</li><li><b>Onboard and support developers</b> using internal cloud and DevOps tools.</li><li>Build, maintain, and optimize <b>developer enablement platforms</b> to improve efficiency and adoption.</li><li><b>Troubleshoot and resolve</b> platform or deployment-related technical issues.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to <b>align platform features</b> with developer needs.</li><li>Create and maintain <b>technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials</b>.</li><li>Stay current with <b>cloud, DevOps, and developer experience trends</b> to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Core Technical Expertise</b></p><ul><li><b>Cloud Platforms:</b> 8–12 years managing cloud infrastructure (AWS strongly preferred).</li><li><b>Automation & CI/CD:</b> Deep experience with Jenkins, CloudBees, Spinnaker, and other CI/CD tools.</li><li><b>Infrastructure-as-Code:</b> Proven ability to automate infrastructure provisioning using <b>Terraform</b>.</li><li><b>Containerization:</b> Strong hands-on experience with <b>Docker</b> and <b>Kubernetes</b>.</li><li><b>Cloud Networking & Security:</b> Skilled in <b>network policy design</b>, <b>L4/L7 routing</b>, and <b>service mesh solutions</b> (Istio, Linkerd, Consul).</li><li><b>Cloud Development:</b> Background in <b>Python, Node.js</b>, or related frameworks for building scalable, cloud-native applications.</li><li><b>Documentation:</b> Ability to create clear, concise technical documentation and enablement resources.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills across engineering and product teams.</li><li>Experience in developer advocacy, enablement, or DevRel is an asset.</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
