Procurement Coordinator The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and administration of all activities related to the procurement of goods and services.

This includes preparing contract templates, working with the regional teams to prepare budgets, and supporting our strategic sourcing objectives. The Procurement Coordinator will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that all procurement activities are aligned with the company’s overall strategy. What we look for? 2 years of experience in a Procurement Coordinator role.

Experienced in establishing vendor agreements, with the ability to strategically assess and mitigate risk with vendors and suppliers. Experienced in creating and maintaining Pivot Tables with strong analytical skills. Knowledge of the local trade market in Alberta in the residential and low to mid-rise commercial construction industry is considered an asset.

In-depth business-level understanding of job costing and any construction job costing Enterprise Resource Planning software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Excel skills.

Desire for continuing education and personal development. What will you do?. Develop and maintain contracts/tender packages for Rohit Communities nationally.

Generate contract and analysis templates for regional use. Assist with contracts for other company divisions. Maintain, update, and verify direct cost and indirect cost budgets.

Evaluate and make recommendations for variances to budgets. Participate and lead cost reviews. Create project and new model proformas.

Accountable for ERP database matching signed contracts. Work with Product Development on innovative procurement ideas and opportunities. Identify process issues and lead process improvement activities to reduce cost or improve throughput.

Work with Strategic sourcing and support in establishing inventory management and sourcing of overseas products. Manage and maintain ERP structure and establish business controls to maintain consistency. Ensure all proformas, analyses, contracts, and contract addendums are complete and executed as per current DOA and filed according to filing structure.

Maintain, update, and republish specification documents as required. Performs other related duties as assigned.
