This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Review, sort, draft, proof and finalize clients deliverables and process e-returns</li><li>Prepare, review and modify general templates, letters and reports</li><li>Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking of client deliverables</li><li>Track upcoming client year ends and monitor deadlines</li><li>Fax, photocopy and scan documents, as required</li><li>Assist in the creation and assembly of presentations</li><li>Conduct quality review (accuracy, completeness, appearance) of outgoing correspondence</li><li>Well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong prioritizing and follow-up skills</li><li>Must have strong interpersonal skills and able to liaise with clients, staff and outside parties</li><li>Ability to prioritize urgent matters due to various timelines/deadlines</li><li>Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as needed.</li></ul><p>Skills and Experience</p><ul><li>Completion of related post-secondary education in administration is an asset</li><li>Two (2) to four (4) years of related administrative/clerical experience</li><li>Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset</li></ul><p></p><p>With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
