OPPORTUNITY Pals Geomatics Corp. is looking for an ambitious individual who is seeking a Project Administrator position in a growing Edmonton Land Surveying Company. Reporting to the Legal Division Project Managers, the Project Administrator is responsible for providing support throughout a project’s lifecycle, including maintaining record documents, coordination of field and office tasks, and collaboration with the project manager and client. COMPANY INFORMATION Pals Geomatics Corp. is a Professional Alberta Land Surveying firm that has been in business since 1983.

As a multi-discipline firm of over 90 staff, including 6 Alberta Land Surveyors and 2 Canada Land Surveyors, we have dedicated most of our efforts serving the municipal, construction, resource development and housing sectors. RESPONSIBILITIES Review incoming field work for completeness. Coordinate and track project progress to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Complete research for project quotes, complete quote templates, and assist with project proposals. Support and assist project managers in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Monitor current projects and communicate timeline changes and new information to the project managers; track project changes and adjust schedules as needed.

Prepare field crew work requisitions based on project manager requirements. Coordinate project scheduling with project managers. Liaise with field crews regarding daily task completion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience dealing with land transfer, land development, or land conveyance is an asset.

Experience with a land survey firm, land development firm, or construction firm is an asset. Excellent written and oral communication skills. COMPENSATION Pals Geomatics Corp. offers a comprehensive benefit package and competitive pay.
