Project Coordinator

Our prestigious client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in the Construction industry, Responsibilities: Supervise the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value projects and initiatives.

Develop procurement strategies, including tender packages, RFPs, and RFQs, adhering to best practices and relevant regulations. Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and timely delivery.

Utilize Revu, Revit, and AutoCAD software to review designs, plans, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and organizational standards. Cultivate client relationships and actively engage in business development endeavors.

Mentor junior staff, contributing to their professional growth and development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction project management. Proficiency in Revu, Revit, and AutoCAD is a prerequisite. Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in team management.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Profound understanding of mechanical trades, civil infrastructure, and industrial refrigeration, with familiarity in low-voltage security and access control systems. Knowledge of Canadian procurement laws.
