Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage 40+ active commercial construction projects.
- Directly supervise project managers, designers, engineers, and city officials.
- Ensure all projects are completed within four months.
- Ensure deadlines are met at all levels for all stakeholders.
- Enforce compliance with building codes, permits, bylaws, and safety regulations.
- Work closely with municipalities to navigate permitting and approval processes.
- Provide clear and direct leadership to a team of 40+ professionals.
- Utilize strong computer and communication skills to manage reporting, scheduling, and coordination.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in commercial construction project management.
- Have experience overseeing the construction of chain locations
- Proven success in hitting deadlines and holding teams, partners, and stakeholders accountable.
- Strong knowledge of codes, bylaws, permits, and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage large teams and multiple projects.
- Ability to enforce deadlines and ensure financial accountability.
