As a **Project Coordinator**, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from start to finish. Working closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent, you’ll help keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward. - **Support project delivery** by organizing, administering, and controlling activities under the direction of the Project Manager. - **Coordinate project documentation**, including meeting minutes, change orders, site instructions, owner’s instructions, shop drawings, drawing logs, progress claims, field notices, and sustainability requirements (LEED, waste management, erosion and sediment control, and materials testing). - **Set up and maintain reporting systems**, such as cost reports, project status reports, and document/drawing control processes. - **Maintain accurate project logs** (RFIs, vendor/subcontractor, purchase, owner logs, etc.), track responses, and keep stakeholders informed. - **Assist with site management**, including trade contractor meetings, RFIs, invoices, and document control. - **Handle project administration** such as payroll, timekeeping, labour coding, equipment coding, purchase order coding, and safety reporting. - **Review construction plans** to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations (plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and structural). **Qualifications** - Technical diploma in an appropriate construction-related field (CET), or equivalent construction experience. - Two or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator with a **general contractor**. - Able to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings and plans - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe or Bluebeam Revu. - A solid understanding of all construction trades, safety and construction techniques. - Knowledge of local, provincial and federal workplace compliance regulations, ordinances and legislation. - CSTS 2020 **Additional Information** We recognize that our differences are our greatest strengths.
