Project Manager

Our retail client is looking for a Project Manager with Point of Sale (POS) implementation project experience to join them on a contract basis. Location: Vancouver Hybrid model: 3 days hybrid, 2 days WFH Contract 6 months to start, high chance of extension. Key things: Experience overseeing large-scale Retail POS rollouts.

Solid understand the architecture of the system, integration etc. Details: You will be managing a Point-of-Sale implementation project. Required to determine focus of the business needs, control project scope, and track and report project status to the Senior Product manager and/or Project Steering Committees, while building comprehensive project plans for multiple initiatives within the project.

Additionally, you will be managing internal and external stakeholders and vendors involved in the project, executing projects according to approved project plans using Agile principles and values and scrum methodology, and coordinating system changes for release, organize product demo sessions to gather feedback from the stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
