Job Description:


We are seeking Several experienced Project Managers throughout the Toronto/GTA area who have experience in either ICI, building services, or building Science. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects within the Ontario building environment, including adherence to Ontario Building Codes. This role requires expertise in either ICI, building services,/or building science.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Codes and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the construction phase.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Codes and construction practices.
  • Experience in building services and building science is essential.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) certification or PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
