Project Manager

Do you have experience working as a Project Manager on projects related to business systems and IT infrastructure? Robert Half has been engaged by a large client of ours who are looking for a Project Manager to join their global IT PMO on a contract basis. This Project Manager contract is offered on a hybrid basis to candidates based in Edmonton and will have an initial term of 6-months with the potential to extend. Your responsibilities in this role:

• Work with and communicate between non-technical and technical team members, designers, developers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Help out with managing dependencies among cross-functional teams.
• Articulate roadblocks to the necessary internal and external stakeholders in a timely fashion.

What you bring:

• Experience as an IT Project Manager, with experience leading projects related to both business systems and core IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing projects of various sizes, consecutively.
• Experience working on Agile, Waterfall and blended projects.
• Possess some form of Project Management certification including but not limited to PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Master, or other and asset.
• Impeccable relationship management skill; excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
