Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage large-scale projects related to contaminated sites remediation and management.
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate field investigations, sampling, and monitoring activities.
Analyze and interpret environmental data to support decision-making and reporting.
Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors as the primary point of contact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) managing contaminated sites projects, preferably in a consulting or environmental services environment.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, guidelines, and permitting processes in British Columbia.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
