The Headhunters Recruitment have partnered with Dynamite Construction to add a Project Manager to their team. Dynamite Construction is located out of Kamloops, BC but routinely does work throughout BC and Alberta. They are a professional, fast-paced and innovative company that specializes in Road building, Drilling and Blasting, Shotcrete Soil Nail Walls, Anchoring and Slope Stabilization projects.

Their impressive client list includes the likes of Ministry of Transportation, Parks Canada, and CN Rail. They have sustained significant growth over the last 5 years and are looking to fill some key roles in upper management. Currently, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Experience working with Ministry of Transportation and familiarity with the Standard Specifications is an asset. This position offers room for additional education and growth within the company.

Compensation will be based on experience and education. Note: depending on the project scope, you may be required to work 12-hour shifts and on the weekend. Our client is committed to: Providing an opportunity to develop your technical and leadership skills and make a significant contribution during a period of growth and expansion Excellent work culture with team approach and above average total compensation Key responsibilities include: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate project resources and stakeholders Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure project goals are met Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed Utilize tools such as MS Projects, MS Office Suite for project management Implement quality management processes to deliver high-quality projects Present project updates and reports to senior management What the successful candidate will bring: 5 years of project management experience within the construction industry Experience in Road building construction industry Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively Experience in supervising teams to achieve project objectives Ability in team management to drive performance and motivation Capability to present complex information clearly and concisely Knowledge of quality management principles for project success In return, you can expect: Top-notch hourly rate ranging from $35/hr – $100/hr, plus overtime (50-70 hours per week) Full Benefits & Bonus Housing and Meal Allowance Travel to/from site covered Only candidates already eligible to work in Canada will be reviewed.
