<p><b>Job Title: Project Manager</b></p><p><b>Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)</b></p><p><b>Duration: 12 months (possible extension)</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Role Overview:</b></p><p>Seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience in Tier 1 banks or Big 4 consulting, to support Client Data Management initiatives within the Front Office COO Transformation Team. The role requires strong Markets domain expertise, with the ability to manage regulatory and data-driven transformation projects across all asset classes.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Drive strategic solutions for best-in-class management of client static data, including scalable data-masking processes</li><li>Lead one or more project workstreams, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and business objectives</li><li>Partner with Front Office, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment and execution</li><li>Manage stakeholders across levels, securing buy-in and proactively addressing risks and issues</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, dependencies, and critical paths</li><li>Identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate project risks with clear contingency plans</li><li>Produce executive-ready PowerPoint materials for weekly status updates and governance forums</li><li>Ensure compliance with Project Management Council (CPMC) standards, maintaining audit-ready documentation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Key Skills & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of Markets products (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities) and front-to-back client data flows</li><li>Proven experience delivering regulatory or client data management initiatives</li><li>Advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Note:</b> Dexian Canada will, on request, provide accommodations for disabilities to support your participation in all aspects of our Recruitment and Assessment/Selection Processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
