Salary: 90000+
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. Delegating the tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed
- Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies
- Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency. Ensure milestones are met on time.
- Assigning tasks to the right team members, checking on their progress, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Keep the project team focused on the end goal and communicate changes/impacts
- Communicate project status to stakeholders (internal Sodales and external client) and key project participants such as 3rd party vendors along with critical path items.
- Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and timeline to reduce risks
- Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities of Sodales including internal projects
- Standardize tools and template for project management
- Work with proposal teams to develop timeline estimates and project plans for new clients
- Train Sodales employees on Sodales project methodology and frameworks/sample deliverables
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team leadership skills by building relationships internally and externally.
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools as well as other tools such as Jira and MPP.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in computer science, project management
- 5 + years of PM experience as SaaS Project Manager
- Must have PMP or scrum certifications
- Experience with SAP technologies is a plus
- Minimum 2 full life-cycle implementations
- Must have outstanding presentation skills
