The Project Manager serves as the main leader at Kastor Mechanical, LLC, responsible for planning, executing, and closing any project-related activities. Managing the constraints of project management, which includes but is not limited to: scope, cost, schedule, technology, and quality, are also part of the duties of the Project Manager. Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the Project Manager will closely work with the clients, stakeholders, and other necessary personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the planning and implementation of projects
• Serving as the main point of contact for all project-related matters
• Managing project resource allocation
• Creating and managing detailed project schedules
• Constantly monitoring all project activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery
• Providing regular detailed progress reports to senior management
• Effectively handling client complaints and project issues.
• Maintaining an organized and updated project documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with project management software, like Microsoft Project
• Certification, like PMP (Project Management Professional), is a major plus
