City Build Recruitment is working with our client, a well-established and growing architecture firm in Vaughan, to find a skilled Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong, hands-on architect with experience managing multiple projects from design through construction.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Design:
Meet with clients to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
Conduct code reviews and assess design options with a value-engineering lens.
Approve internal and consultant proposals and budgets.
Oversee production of working drawings and technical specifications.
Review material selections and coordinate with municipal authorities.
Construction:
Manage tender phase: evaluate bids, support client decisions.
Conduct contract administration throughout construction.
Review shop drawings, coordinate with sub-consultants.
Lead site visits, address RFIs, and resolve construction issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of building systems, Ontario Building Code, and construction detailing.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
This position offers a salary range of $65,000-$120,000, depending on experience. Flexibility in working arrangements is available to support work-life balance and evolving project needs.
