Job Description Join a dynamic Commercial Property Management firm as a full-time Property Accountant in Surrey. As an integral part of our client’s team, you will report directly to the Controller, overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. Code and process invoices efficiently and accurately. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to facilitate decision-making. Provide comprehensive support for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including analytics.

Perform CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliation to ensure accurate billing and recovery. Utilize Sage to set up new leases and maintain organized records. Coordinate and prepare proposed annual budget schedules for review. Manage amortization tables for effective financial planning.

Address tenant inquiries related to billings in a timely and professional manner. Monitor and track tenant improvement allowances. Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Prior experience in commercial real estate property accounting is considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
