Self-starter who finds their own way Inquisitive and curious team members Able to easily adopt new technology and innovative business solutions Minimum five years’ experience in facilities management with direct management of maintenance, mechanical projects and subcontracted services Holds or pursuing an accredited Commercial Real Estate designation (RPA, CPM, FMA, FMP) Exposure to and knowledge of residential, commercial, and agriculture leases Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI Excellent time management and organizational skills to simultaneously handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as knowledge of computerized accounting systems Extensive knowledge of budgeting, administrative and accounting processes Comprehensive understanding of building operations and building systems Strong leadership and supervisory/management skills, including the ability to lead a team of staff to achieve standards and accomplish objectives What will you do?. Oversee building operations, repairs, tenant requests and the Preventive Maintenance Program for assigned portfolio Coach and support operational teams by providing leadership and staff development In collaboration with operational teams, ensure that proper training is received in the administration and management of assigned portfolio Implement organizational strategy within areas of responsibility Establish and maintain the operations for new business initiatives Provide bottom line accountability for the portfolio’s operational results including managing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) components Perform financial control activities including the development of annual operating budgets, monthly budget analysis, variances and reforecast allocations J-18808-Ljbffr
