<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Purchasing Supervisor or Manager with an automotive tier 2, tier 1 or OEM manufacturing company</li>
<li>Experience with purchasing raw materials for automotive manufacturing production</li>
<li>Overseeing an annual spend of $120,000,000/year</li>
<li>Experience overseeing or managing buyers</li>
</ul>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee procurement of materials, supplies, and services essential to operations</li>
<li>Negotiate supplier contracts and manage key relationships</li>
<li>Ensure on‑time supplier delivery and strive for zero defects</li>
<li>Lead and develop a 3‑person purchasing team, driving continuous improvement</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with QMS (IATF16949), Health & Safety (ISO45001), EMS (ISO14001), and security requirements</li>
<li>Manage budgets, business plan activities, and support APQP/ECR initiatives</li>
<li>Promote innovation and continuous improvement across purchasing functions</li>
</ul>
