Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is focused exclusively on recruitment, with light ad hoc administrative responsibilities as needed. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with candidates and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

This is a full-time position, with the first month spent in-office for onboarding and training, followed by a fully remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for accounting and finance roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within internal systems
• Coordinate interviews and assist with offer processes
• Provide light ad hoc administrative support as required
• Meet or exceed individual recruitment and placement targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous recruitment experience preferred (agency experience is a strong asset)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $40,000 per year
• Very competitive commission structure (details discussed before interview process)
