THE POSITION

In your role, as a Construction 360 Recruitment Consultant (full cycle) recruiter capable of building and managing your own desk; you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of clients and candidates introducing them to new exciting opportunities that you uncover which will make a lasting impression on their career.

  • You will be recruiting for roles such as; Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and more!
  • A stable focal point of the Hays Canada business.

    The Construction division is thriving piece of the Calgary office.
  • Sustain and grow current business by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the decision-makers.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching new customer groups, new clients and new business strategies.
  • Formally meet with potential clients and make convincing proposals and presentations in order to secure new business and achieve established sales targets.
  • Actively gatherpetitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups,petitors withernment departments.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Direct sales, business development or cold calling experience.
  • You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships,petitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
  • You thrive on personal achievement.
  • You find purpose in helping people advance their careers and seeingpanies grow.
  • Very well-developed EQ – you will be the first contact in for potential clients & candidates.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities.

    At Hays, we offer a dynamic and high-performing work environment where our uncappedmission structure surpasses industry standards. The salary for this role consists of a base salary of $40,000, with an average earning potential of $65,000 in the first year. However, it is important to note that there is ample opportunity to exceed this earning potential.
