The Opportunity
Acadian Construction is seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Director to lead our expansion in Halifax with a core focus on commercial construction delivery and market development. This is a rare opportunity for a construction leader who thrives in a hands-on entrepreneurial environment and is eager to build a region team and reputation from the ground up.
In this role you will serve as Acadians senior-most leader in Halifax responsible for regional strategy operational oversight and building high-trust relationships with clients partners and the local industry. Youll work in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager who reports to you and supports client engagement and lead generation. Together youll form a high-performing tandem that drives regional growth while maintaining excellence in project execution. This is a leadership position that requires proven experience managing people teams and performance.

Strategic Leadership & Market Positioning
- Set and execute the Halifax market growth strategy ensuring alignment with Acadians broader business objectives.
- Represent Acadian in high-level client conversations industry associations and public forums.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to prioritize pursuits shape messaging and guide relationship strategy.
