Job Description:

  • Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of positions within your region, including but not limited to: review and post open jobs, source and complete the first interview with candidates, coordinate additional interviews for the leadership team, and verify employment eligibility
  • Digital presence (LinkedIn recruiter, etc) actively sourcing (in person and online)
  • In partnership with GM/HC, understand future hiring needs, develop a talent recruitment and succession planning of all hourly or salaried leadership roles
  • Monitor and administer open roles on Earls ATS as per ATS guidelines, manage other existing job boards and own reachout on Linkedin for high potential candidates in leadership positions as per Earls routine guidelines.
  • Provide every candidate excellent candidate experience through timely, responsive and clear candidate communication throughout their application process
  • Adhere to Earls standards, policies, programs and compliance within jurisdictional legislation
  • Set objectives goals and metrics; conduct monthly meetings with internal leadership team and provide reporting on various KPIs such as candidates sourced vs candidates interviewed and hired etc
  • Develop and foster relationships with schools, organizations and communities by participating in hiring events to reach a wider candidate pool and strengthen our Talent Acquisition + Employer Brand
  • Build relationships with partners and have an in-person presence to discuss hiring needs and create a referral pipeline
  • Attend monthly connects with People Ops recruitment team to discuss regional support, check ins, share updates and upcoming events, receive information about Earls strategies and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand
