Job Title: Couples Counsellor (Registered Therapist) – Coquitlam, BC

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: $90–$130/hour (based on experience and designation)
Schedule: Flexible | In-person, virtual, or hybrid options

What You’ll Do

• Provide couples counselling to clients experiencing challenges such as conflict, communication issues, infidelity, and life transitions

• Use therapeutic modalities such as EFT, Gottman Method, IFS, or holistic frameworks that align with your style

  
  

• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team when needed

• Optionally work with individuals or families if that aligns with your practice

Ideal Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or related field

• 
  

  Registered (or in process) with a BC regulatory college (RCC, RSW, CCC, etc.)

  
  

• Training or strong experience in couples counselling

• Holistic, integrative mindset and trauma-informed approach

• Committed to cultural humility, inclusivity, and ethical care

  
  

Bonus Assets

• EFT, Gottman Method, or IFS training

• Experience supporting LGBTQIA2S+ and/or BIPOC communities

  
  

• Comfort working with issues like intimacy, trust repair, or relational trauma

• Multilingual skills or interest in culturally responsive therapy
