Compensation
70/30 split, which would be an approximate $65–$70 per hour
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join a growing clinic team in Stoney Creek, Niagara Falls, and Burlington. This role is ideal for an RMT who is client-focused, professional, and passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic care in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide massage therapy treatments in accordance with professional standards
Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
Educate clients on treatment plans, home care, and wellness strategies
Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and clinic policies
Qualifications
Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional liability insurance
Schedule & Work Environment
Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time)
