This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to client satisfaction, and the ability to create a relaxing and therapeutic environment.*Responsibilities** Perform a variety of massage techniques* Assess clients' needs and tailor each session accordingly to ensure optimal results.* Maintain a clean and organized treatment area* Build rapport with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns.* Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.* Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education.* Promote overall wellness by advising clients on self-care practices and lifestyle adjustments.*Requirements** Valid certification as a Massage Therapist. MTAS member is an asset.* Proficiency in various massage modalities; additional certifications are a plus.* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.* Excellent time management skills to ensure timely appointments and client satisfaction.* Ability to create a calming atmosphere conducive to relaxation and healing.* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.* Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred but not required.Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to enhancing the well-being of our clients through massage.
