Your mastery of exceptional interpersonal and communication skills forms the cornerstone of fostering positive relationships, both with residents and fellow team members.

Proficient in problem-solving, time management, and meticulous organization of workloads, you ensure the highest quality of care for residents. With an in-depth understanding of aging processes, cognitive function changes, and age-related diseases, you provide empathetic care that transcends the clinical realm. Your expertise extends to medication administration, standard precautions, and adherence to healthcare protocols, prioritizing safety and unwavering quality in every action.

You possess a unique skill set that includes assessing functional and cognitive status, managing equipment, and adeptly utilizing office technology. You are also well-versed in pharmacological therapies, the Wellness Model, legal documentation, and the complex intricacies of the healthcare system at various levels. You are competent, compassionate, and have an unwavering commitment to the well-being of those you serve.

*Must Haves*
* The successful candidate must be eligible for membership in the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC)
* Have a great sense of humour, effective time management skills, strong communication, and the ability to work variable shifts.
* Consent for a Criminal Record Check (CRC) for working with Vulnerable Adults
* Proof Of Vaccination (2 doses) of COVID 19 and PHN

Full Time and Part Time roles are eligible for receiving the Masters Collective Compensation outlined by the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.

Level 3 RN $40.21 – $54.28 per hour.

Casual Positions will receive the Masters Collective Compensation package as outlined by the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement and professional development opportunities.

Situated on Taylor Way and Inglewood Avenue, our Inglewood community is just moments down the road from Ambleside Park, Capilano Park, and Capilano River Regional Park.
