Must Haves Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree A member in good standing or eligible for membership with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM) Current First Aid Certificate A Canadian Nurses Association Gerontology Certificate is preferred. Food Safe Certificate About The Role Responsibilities align with BCCNM standards and Code of Ethics. Tasks include nursing interventions (assessments, treatments, medication administration). Responsible for assessing and managing residents with unstable health.

Maintains professional relationships and communication with stakeholders. Collaborates on implementing wellness programs. Assumes leadership roles: team orientation, fostering relationships, coaching, conflict resolution. Leads the development and evaluation of person-centered care plans.

Acts as a healthcare resource and participates in quality improvement. Ensures safety compliance.
