Sales Account Executive – $20 – $26.25+ CAD/HOUR
As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Who We’re Seeking:
We’re in search of a talented and competitive Account Executive (Inside Sales Representative) who excels in a fast-paced sales cycle. The ideal candidate is an ideal team player, embodying humility, hunger, smarts, and grit. Your excellent phone presence, B2C experience (no cold calls!), and strong communication skills will set you apart. Multi-tasking, time management, and a quick grasp of system navigation are crucial, and your coachable nature and receptiveness to feedback will be valued.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- 2+ years of sales experience; experience in credit repair is a plus.
- Obvious accent neutrality. (This is a priority in terms if screening)
- Exceptional communication skills, pursuasive abilities and an “Always Be Closing” mindset
- A track record of exceeding quotas and delivering outstanding results. (Previous Records of actual work is required)
- Self-motivation and discipline to excel while working remotely.
- A coachable/empathetic nature and openness to feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Service Providers are expected to achieve a target of 10 sales within the first two weeks.
- A one-week nesting period will be provided, during which any sales made will count towards the target of 10.
- Continuous support and coaching will be available to ensure your success.
Performance Review:
- If the sales target is not met by the end of the third week, Service Providers will either be placed on probation with additional coaching or deemed ineligible for continuation in the Gig.
Operating Hours
Live Operations
Monday to Friday 9am-9pm EST
Training – 2 Weeks
Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM EST
Nesting – 1 Week
Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM EST
*These times may be revised periodically based on business needs
MINIMUM HOURS TO BE WORKED EACH WEEK
You must work a minimum of 20 hours each week on all schedules
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 2 years of Sales Experience.
- At least 20 hours of work per week.
- Camera is required during Training.
- Dedicated workspace at home and equipment
Conflict of Interest
- Must not have other gigs during Peak hours requirement.
