As a Resourcer for NES Fircroft you will be responsible for placing qualified candidates within Power and Renewables companies throughout Canada. You will be responsible for the identification, qualification, and matching of candidates to the technical requirements of our clients.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire or permanent basis.
  • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidate’s qualifications and job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
  • Successfully review job descriptions and analyse client requirements to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills required.
  • Constructs Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery.
  • Call current contractor workforce / recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals.
  • Participate in lead generation activities and appropriately allocate leads to consultants.
  • Attend site visits with Senior team members.
  • Support the Trades desk in a fast-paced environment during Trades season (May-October) and calls outside of regular hours may be required during peak season.
  • Ensures 100% compliance with quality standards as dictated by NES Fircroft including company quality processes, in country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client specific process requirements.
