Description Du Poste
- Focus is on the development of the Practice's talent, coaching and training their direct reporting Practitioners and contributes to the development strategies for the Practice's people.
- Accountable to directly lead team of highly skilled Practitioners in an area of expertise without getting involved in day-to-day activities, providing quality assurance on the application of methods and practices owned within the Journeys and/or Platforms.
- Execute on Practice strategy as it relates to introducing tools, methodologies, and processes across the enterprise.
- Provide overall team leadership, training, coaching, development, succession, recruitment, resource management, and ensure ongoing performance feedback and development plans for each team member. Engage with Platform and Journey leads for 2-way feedback.
- Understand current skills within the practice and work to close gaps through learning, coaching, supports, etc.
- Hire top talent, develop colleagues, and manage retention.
- Act as an expert or lead innovator and culture change agent for the practice among Business, Journey, and Platform leaders. Build and lead an engaged culture of Practitioners that inspires pride and meaningful work.

- Analyze data for insights, optimize costs, and ensure standards compliance.
- Manage risks, monitor service and productivity, and implement improvements.
- Maintain relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a risk-aware culture.

Experience And/or Education
- University or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong academic background in software engineering or computer science.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the field.
