Entrepreneurial, Calgary-based Baby Gourmet has a broad Canadian presence and is seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager . As the Revenue Growth Manager , you will be responsible for monitoring revenue performance and providing recommendations to achieve Baby Gourmet’s profitable revenue growth objectives. You’ll partner with sales and marketing to optimize volume growth, pricing, trade investment, mix management, and customer promotions. The analytics and recommendations provided by you will be essential to identifying opportunities for customer growth, trade spend optimization, course corrections, and risk mitigation.

Planning & Budget: Develop and allocate trade spend strategy by channel to maximize NSV growth and profitability. Review customer-specific promotional grid plans to ensure alignment with trade marketing strategy and budget. Manage execution and financial reconciliation of the national trade budget. Consolidate and quantify the financial impact of all sales-related R&O’s relative to target.

Execution & Tracking: Analyze and challenge volume and trade forecasts and course correction initiatives. Promotional pre & post-evaluations using ROI measurements to evaluate between brands and customers. Oversee customer-specific POS dashboard process with updates and management expectations set by the sales team. Develop financial tools to empower sales managers to make profitable commercial decisions.

Understand and utilize data such as Nielsen, Power BI, retailer POS data, and store-level retail reports to aid in reaching net revenue targets. Establish specific KPIs and monthly performance dashboards to monitor ROI, lift, assortment, and distribution. Customer P&L optimization: Drive continuous trade investment productivity improvements and optimized trade ROI. Facilitate communication between field sales and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Develop and implement channel and regional pricing strategies. Revenue Growth Management: Scenario planning to maximize profit and growth. Build longer-term revenue growth pipeline rooted in consumer insights (price, promo, assortment, trade investment). Maintain national Nielsen data scorecard and internal POS reporting requirements.

Assist with strategic account category presentation preparation. Qualifications: Fact-based decision maker. proficient computer (MS Office applications) and analytical skills. Experience working with Nielsen & IRI data. Retail Link and LDIA experience is an asset.

Minimum 5 years of CPG experience in roles within revenue management, customer sales strategy, or trade finance. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (commerce, finance, economics, data science, mathematics) is considered an asset. Strong communicator, ability to collaborate and influence with cross-functional teams remotely. Demonstrated financial acumen including understanding of P&L.
