<p>Must haves:<br></p><ul><li>Health Care experience (Mental Health preferred)<br></li><li>Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources FHIR/ Health Level (HL7) experience<br></li><li>Extract Transform Load (ETL)/Database<br></li></ul><p>Responsibilities:<br></p><ul><li>Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services with complex FHIR, backend SQL and diverse business, reporting and technological needs.<br></li><li>Understanding of SDLC processes and ETL<br></li><li>Leads and conducts business analysis on technical needs in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined<br></li><li>Develops sound processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, interviews, data analysis.<br></li><li>Conducts business modeling; use case modeling; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects<br></li><li>Awareness of emerging I&IT trends and technologies including Azure Cloud and Smile Clinical Data Repository (CDR) solution for FHIR messages<br></li><li>Create and maintain detailed requirements, prioritizing parallel requirements items in accordance to the program goals and product needs.<br></li><li>Collaborate and foster various relationship with MHA team, COE partners, clients and cross-functional technical team and vendors such as privacy, security, architecture and off-shore engineering team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all requirements<br></li><li>Ability to analyze data and complex problems and contribute to finding solutions.<br></li><li>Analyze data and data quality to better understand all the data need, issues, and opportunities for improvements<br></li><li>Collaborate and communicate effectively with MHA team, partners, clients, and leadership teams to ensure successful product launch and product updates as required. Ensure successful change management process.<br></li><li>Ability to translate business and data requirements into specifications sufficient for designing appropriate technology solutions<br></li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written<br></li><li>communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills<br></li><li>A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines<br></li></ul><p>Desired Skills:<br></p><ul><li>Back-end development and reporting understanding<br></li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills<br></li><li>A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines<br></li><li>Experience with a wide range of methods, tools and techniques for business analysis such as: business functional modelling, business event modelling, business process mapping<br></li><li>Experience in structured, object oriented and agile methodologies for user requirements<br></li><li>Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation and subsequent follow-up<br></li></ul><p>Required Skills:<br></p><ul><li>Strong Oral and written communication skills<br></li><li>SQL<br></li><li>FHIR knowledge experience<br></li></ul><p>Evaluation Criteria:  <br></p><ul><li>HL7/FHIR technical knowledge.: 40 Points<br></li><li>Business analysis and strong oral and written communication.: 40 Points<br></li><li>ETL & Reporting. 20 Points<br></li></ul>
