About the Role:
In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of the FF&E sales team, supporting Account Executives with proposal creation, managing day-to-day client inquiries, and ensuring inventory-related requests are handled seamlessly. You'll also help keep our CRM clean and accurate, assist with sales forecasting, and coordinate various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Preparation
- Assist in crafting clear, accurate, and compelling client proposals
- Gather supporting documentation and ensure it aligns with client needs
- Inquiry Handling
- Manage and respond to smaller inbound inquiries (primarily for inventory items)
- Deliver prompt, professional, and solution-focused communication
- CRM Management (Salesforce)
- Keep sales data up-to-date and accurate
- Support sales pipeline tracking and dashboard maintenance
- Administrative Coordination
- Prepare internal reports, sales documents, and client-facing materials
- Assist with scheduling meetings, presentations, and sales events
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Executives and other departments
- Contribute to a positive, communicative, and productive team culture
- Inventory Support
- Monitor and help manage inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers and track availability
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory tracking
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or admin roles—ideally within FF&E, furniture, or design-related industries
- Demonstrated experience working with home builders/developers and knowledge of the construction/new-build process is a strong asset
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
