You get hands-on training and a path forward in the company if you want to develop your career.What you’ll do• Establishing customer relationships by building rapport, becoming familiar with specific needs, expectations, and requirements of target customers• Booking appointment for customers to view and drive trucks• Achieving and maintaining personal sales targets set out by yearly department goals• Organizing and scheduling sales delivery processes• Communicating promptly with direct supervisor regarding any opportunities and customer issues that may arise• Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their vehicle and to build future sales• Answer incoming calls in accordance with established call rotation (if applicable)• Promptly greet walk-in customers in accordance with established call rotation (if applicable)• Monitor advertisements for competitor pricing awareness• Displaying a clean and neat appearance wearing appropriate attire per the company’s dress codeWhat you’ll need• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous medium duty truck sales experience preferred but not required• Valid Driver’s License with Abstract acceptable to TDF Group’s Driver and Vehicle Safety Program• Pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance is required• A commitment to delighting customers through attitude, attention and effort• Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularily Outlook• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Able to solve problems independently following company guidelines and policiesSupplemental Pay Types• Monthly Guarantee• Commission PayINDHC
