You Are: A Succession Planning and Career Development Planning (CDP) expert with the strategic acumen to lead clients through digital transformation. You can navigate detailed project landscapes, design effective succession strategies, and motivate your team to achieve excellence. The Work: Initiate transformation in Succession and CDP using your domain-specific insights. Guide clients on leveraging SAP SuccessFactors for Succession Planning and CDP Develop and execute strategies for short- and long-term talent growth and succession goals. Collaborate and negotiate with senior managers within clients or Accenture on key Succession and CDP issues.
Use your judgment to drive critical Succession Planning and Career Development initiatives. Lead large, diverse teams and projects in the Succession and CDP space Here’s what you need: Minimum 8 years of experience in Succession Planning and Career Development Planning processes and technology Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, focusing on Succession and CDP modules. Minimum 3 years of leadership in large SAP transformation projects with both on- and off-shore resources Must be bilingual (French / English) English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if: Understand SAP’s business development process related to Succession and CDP solutions. Have experience interacting with various organizational levels, including senior HR leadership. Possess deep knowledge of SAP on-premises and conceptual familiarity with SuccessFactors Succession and CDP Have exposure to other talent management solutions or methodologies Here’s what you need: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, particularly in Recruiting and Onboarding Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment Management and Employee Central. Must be bilingual (French / English) English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
