<p><b>Job Description: Scrum Master – Invoice to Cash (I2C) / Order to Cash (O2C)</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to support our Invoice to Cash (I2C) / Order to Cash (O2C) processes within the Finance and ERP transformation landscape. The Scrum Master will play a key role in driving agile delivery, ensuring smooth sprint execution, facilitating team collaboration, and removing impediments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, finance domain expertise in I2C/O2C processes, and the ability to enable continuous improvement in delivery and team performance.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Must have 7+yrs of experience in SAP S4 HANA Order-to-Cash and Invoice to Cash and 5+ yrs of experience in Scrum Agile methodology </li><li>Act as Scrum Master for I2C/O2C agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).</li><li>Drive adoption of Agile principles and best practices across the Finance/ERP transformation program.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure well-defined and prioritized product backlogs.</li><li>Track and report team progress, velocity, and sprint performance using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).</li><li>Identify, escalate, and remove impediments or blockers impacting delivery.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team ownership and accountability.</li><li>Ensure effective collaboration between cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations, and business stakeholders).</li><li>Support dependency management between teams and align with the broader program roadmap.</li><li>Coach and mentor team members on Agile ways of working and self-organization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial and process controls relevant to I2C/O2C.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications & Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe-SM) or equivalent Agile certification.</li><li>Proven experience as a Scrum Master in finance transformation, ERP (SAP/Oracle), or I2C/O2C projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of Invoice to Cash (billing, collections, AR, cash application) and/or Order to Cash (order management, fulfillment, invoicing) processes.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.</li><li>Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience working in global/matrix organizations is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Finance ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.) preferred.</li></ul>
