Located just 45 minutes northeast of Kamloops, it is the second-largest ski area in Canada and a year-round destination for guests in search of a welcoming, accessible, stress-free mountain experience.For more about the resort, please visit this website.About the OpportunityAs we prepare for the upcoming ski season, we have exciting opportunities for multiple Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers to join our team in Sun Peaks (45 min drive from Kamloops, 5hrs from Vancouver), BC on a full-time or part-time, seasonal basis.As a valued member of our kitchen staff, you will work alongside our exceptional team as you cultivate an atmosphere that delivers memorable culinary experiences for our guests.As a Line Cook, you will assemble high-quality meals from our recipes, ensuring everything meets our high standards.As a Prep Cook, you will utilize your culinary skillset to follow instructions and prepare ingredients, from cutting vegetables to preparing sauces, meat, and wet dishes.As a Dishwasher, you will wash all plates and equipment in addition to stocking all the plate stations on line, amongst other duties as required.More About YouIn order to qualify for the Line/Prep Cook roles, you will need at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience, along with Food Safe Level 1, or the ability to obtain it.

For the Dishwasher roles, no prior experience is needed.As our ideal candidates, you will have strong communication skills and an understanding of food handling, safety, and preparation basics.
