Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance, the Senior Accountability Analyst (Analyst) performs accountability-focused analyses through research and partner engagement to develop evidence-based approaches, frameworks, processes, and recommendations for ministry programs, services, and priorities. The Analyst is also responsible for leading, supporting and designing capacity-building activities related to accountability, throughout the ministry.
The Analyst works closely with partners throughout the ministry to develop methodologically sound approaches to accountability of SCSS priority initiatives. S/he also serves as a comprehensive resource for the QAA unit by leading and supporting the development and implementation of both QA and SE priority initiatives.
The Analyst is primarily responsible for facilitating the development of accountability frameworks, plans, and strategies that support department, cross-ministry and GoA-wide priorities.
