Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Accounting Analyst – Equalization in Calgary, AB for one of our clients in the Oil&Gas industry. Location: Calgary No travel required.

Competitive Compensation and a great opportunity to grow Resumes required ASAP Overview: Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Midstream you will work closely with other internal departments and external parties to calculate, process and record facility charges. What would you do. Complete the annual 13th Month Adjustments for operated facilities and review the 3rd Party 13th Month Adjustment calculations for non-operated facilities; Analyze facility fee revenue and operating costs to support joint venture, financial accounting, engineering, and operations; Perform volumetric and financial analysis of the performance of the midstream assets, including gas plants, associated gathering systems, compressors and batteries; Maintain working knowledge of the company’s commercial and joint venture contracts; Standardize internal procedures and handle inquiries received What is required.

Experience / Education: 5 years of handling 13th month adjustments and equalization payment. BComm or other relevant post-secondary education is preferred Joint venture experience or Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accounting (CAPPA) certification is an asset Technical skills: Advanced Excel skills Experience with P2 Metrix, P2 QbyteFM, CGI Landman, Petrinex and EnergyLink is required What other skills do I need.
