We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Systems to join our Finance team. In this role, the Senior Analyst, Financial Systems will manage daily Workday Finance requests, oversee custom reporting and analytics, and support the configuration and continuous improvement of Workday Financials modules including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Expense, Treasury, and Assets. The position will also lead automation and integration initiatives, manage system upgrades and releases, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

System Administration & Enhancement

  • Manage and resolve daily Workday Finance requests, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday Financials.
  • Support the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials modules including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Expense, Treasury, and Assets, among others.
  • Stay current with Workday Finance system developments and proactively implement relevant updates.
  • Manage and oversee system upgrades, biannual releases, and testing cycles.
  • Lead automation and integration initiatives to enhance system capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support Workday Finance projects to ensure optimal configuration and adherence to best practices.

Governance & Compliance

  • Maintain and enforce internal control systems and segregation of duties related to business processes and security roles.
    Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Workday SMEs, external service providers, and software vendors.
    Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient use of corporate resources and alignment with strategic goals.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to support integrated developments within Workday.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
  • Experience in Finance ERP administration and project leadership, preferably Workday
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with internal controls and compliance frameworks

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 to $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
