A growing Architecture firm is seeking a Senior Architect to lead Multi‑Family Residential projects and provide mentorship within a collaborative team environment. This role offers full project involvement from concept through construction, along with leadership responsibility and opportunities for professional growth.
Your New Role
- Lead Multi‑Family Wood Frame and concrete projects through all phases
- Oversee design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipalities
- Produce and review detailed construction documentation
- Mentor junior team members and support internal standards and processes
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of Architectural experience, including Senior‑level leadership
- Strong background in Multi‑Family Residential projects
- Degree or diploma in Architecture; registered or eligible to register
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction, and contract administration
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
