The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial products, data analysis, and business processes within the capital markets domain. Experience in Treasury or related functions will be considered a significant advantage.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data engineers to gather and analyze requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform detailed data analysis and validation using SQL and other data tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Support reporting, data modeling, and analytics initiatives for Capital Markets functions.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to drive business insights.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (Front Office, Risk, Treasury, Operations) to ensure data consistency and integrity.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Participate in testing and implementation of system enhancements or data solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare documentation, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and business users.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst in financial services.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of Capital Markets - products such as Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, or FX.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience with Data Mapping etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>About Iris Software Inc</b>.</p><p>With 4,000+ associates and offices in India, U.S.A. and Canada, Iris Software delivers technology services and solutions that help clients complete fast, far-reaching digital transformations and achieve their business goals.
