This is a leadership role within the MEP division for a licensed engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with people leadership, project oversight, and strategic growth.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Energy Modeling group, acting as the people lead for the team, providing technical oversight, and helping expand the firm&#39;s energy modeling and sustainability services.</p><p><strong>Key Highlights</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and grow an established Energy Modeling team within a larger MEP practice</p></li><li><p>Serve as people leader (mentorship, performance guidance, team development)</p></li><li><p>Review and seal energy models (own work and team deliverables)</p></li><li><p>Strong mix of technical leadership + business accountability</p></li><li><p>Involvement in financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and project invoicing</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to expand service offerings and market presence in building performance</p></li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Background</strong></p><ul><li><p>P.Eng.
