Responsibilities: – Estimate project costs and prepare detailed project proposals. – Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates. – Analyze project plans and specifications to identify project requirements and potential risks. – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing. Skills and Experience: – Estimation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in estimating ICI and/or high-rise residential projects, from initiation to completion. – Leadership: A proven track record of leading estimation efforts effectively, ensuring accurate project cost assessments. – Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades to drive project success. – Experience: Minimum of 10 years in an estimation role within the construction industry, ideally with a Developer or General Contractor/Construction Manager. – Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
