What You’ll Do
Lead estimates for Design Build, CM, and Lump Sum projects
Align bids with real-world conditions to manage risk and boost profitability.
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to shape winning proposals
Contribute to sustainable, community-shaping projects.

What You Bring
7+ years in commercial estimating (Design-Build, CM, Lump Sum)
Experience with bids from $1 million to $50 million+
Skilled in the use of Excel and other Estimating software.
Strong communicator and collaborator
